Rhinar Budget Core Cards

Lets look at some Equipment choices first:

Barkbone Strapping is a fun card. While this card is definitely RNG, the core of it is Battleworn block for 1 which is fine, but Rolling a Dice to possibly get 3 Action Points is a great time.

Flat Trackers is an important piece. While it has Blade Break, we really need it for the Agility token generation. Getting access to Go Again in a Brute deck can lead to some devastating turns.

Many people like to use the Mandible Claws for weapons on Rhinar, I admittedly have not used them yet, but I have been having fun with the Meataxe so far.

Now lets take a look at some important Cards for the core of our deck:

First off we have Wild Ride, a Brute card that gives us go again is awesome. The way we build this deck theres only a few cards that wont be able to trigger the discard effect, and in our list we run theres honestly more to hit because we are having fun with this decklist using Bad Beats.

Another very important card is Barraging Beatdown. I run this card in all colors because it can lead to some very strong attacks. Its a 0 cost pump that gets rid of a card from opponents hand. If we draw into 2 of these and swing with either our axe or a non-discard attack its going to be hitting very very hard…

Another card I think is very good here is Pack Hunt, 2 Cost swing 6 Intimidate is very good, pair this with any of our intimidate pumps and its sure to chip away at the opponent.

A card I really enjoy playing with and is honestly not required for Brute or Rhinar at all is Bad Beats. It’s a 0 Cost Action with Go Again that has the potential to pump something +5. It’s a means to pump and not discard so it gives us some bigger hand potential and if it lands, it really is a Bad Beats for the opponent +5 is no joke, especially when its for free. The Decklist im running currently has Red and Yellow, but that might change in the future. I of course prefer Red here because a 50/50 is acceptable. but sometimes when you want to go for it on a Yellow you can and those hit even harder I hear but outside of that its a good 3 block yellow for this deck at the moment.

And now for what I think is the best card in the deck, Pulping. A 2 cost 6 Attack that has many targets to hit in our deck to give it dominate, and also can force a 2 card block from the opponent. While this card doesnt have any block value, it does present the opportunity to create some big tempo swings and thats valuable.

Below is a link to the decklist I am currently running on Fabrary.
